The Village of Elk Grove Village is soliciting sealed bids for demolition and site restoration at 1000 Busse Road. The work includes demolishing and disposing of structures; removing trees, shrubs, stumps, and pavement; repairing, disconnecting, removing, and replacing sewer and water system infrastructure; abandoning pipes and structures with flowable fill; furnishing, placing, and compacting structural fill; rough grading; furnishing and placing grade stakes; importing and spreading topsoil; fine grading; and restoring landscaping. The project must be performed in accordance with the specifications, contract documents, general conditions, special conditions, special provisions, and plans identified as Contract Document CD-2627-01.
