Description
MacEwan University requires a qualified contractor to provide planned and unplanned maintenance services for three SMARDT chillers located at the SAMU Building and the newly constructed Building 12 School of Business. Addendum 1 confirms that the agreement is intended to cover five years and clarifies that capacitor-set replacement, relief-valve replacement, Eddy current tube testing, annual strainer checking and cleaning, and condenser tube brushing are excluded from the required scope. The contractor must provide qualified personnel and address the solicitation’s requirements for chiller maintenance, repairs, emergency response, technician qualifications, experience, references, pricing, insurance, WCB clearance, and health, safety, and environmental prequalification.
