Defence Construction Canada (DCC) has issued an Advance Procurement Notice (APN) for upcoming contract opportunities at 19 Wing, CFB Comox, British Columbia, including associated facilities such as CFS Holberg, HMCS Quadra, and Seal Bay Armoury. The contracts will cover real property operations and Canadian Forces Housing Agency base program work, including construction, maintenance, and professional services. Projects may be procured through open tenders, Open Construction Source List (OCSL), Quick Response Tender (QRT) source lists, standing offer agreements, or source lists for professional services.
