Description
This Sources Sought Notice seeks potential providers of personal Athletic Trainer support services for the U.S. Army's Holistic Health and Fitness System. The anticipated requirement includes 18 full-time-equivalent certified Athletic Trainers and six Lead Athletic Trainers who meet Department of Defense and Defense Health Agency credentialing standards. Personnel will be embedded in multidisciplinary performance teams and provide musculoskeletal care, injury prevention and risk mitigation, early intervention, rehabilitation and reconditioning, performance optimization, education, documentation, and related reporting. Services will support military installation clusters in Korea and Guam, including fitness centers, administrative areas, outdoor and field-training environments, ranges, drop zones, and Soldier Performance Readiness Centers. The attached Performance Work Statement describes a 60-day phase-in, a 7.5-month base period, and four 12-month option periods, with anticipated full performance beginning May 12, 2027. Responses require a capability statement limited to 10 pages, along with company identification, Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, point-of-contact information, and socioeconomic-category information.
