Description
Old Ranch Metropolitan District is seeking qualifications from interested firms to serve as the general contractor for public improvements associated with a new recreation center. The project includes a 32,500-square-foot, two-story building with an indoor gymnasium, fitness center, outdoor pool, community gathering spaces, outdoor recreation areas, and parking facilities. The scope includes civil sitework, infrastructure, landscaping and irrigation, complete building construction, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, recreation amenities, specialty recreation systems, elevator work, and overall project management, contracting, and construction responsibilities.
