Description
Procurement Shared Services, on behalf of the Government of the Northwest Territories Department of Infrastructure, is seeking proposals for preliminary engineering services for the Taltson Hydro Expansion Generation Facility at Twin Gorges on the Taltson River. The procurement is an open, competitive opportunity for civil engineering services. The estimated contract period is 14 months, with a proposed start date of October 1, 2026. Addenda 01, 02, and 03 were issued on September 1 and September 3, 2026.
