Description
The United Nations Development Programme is procuring one real-time polymerase chain reaction system with compatible licensed data-analysis software for the Mauritius Oceanographic Institute. The system must support a 96-well block, 0.2 mL tubes, strip tubes, and 96-well plates; programmable thermal cycling; cloud connectivity; multiplex detection of at least four targets; multiple fluorescent dyes; a dynamic range of at least nine orders of magnitude; data export in Excel, CSV, PDF, and image formats; and operation on 230 V, 50 Hz power. The quotation must also include specified qPCR consumables: SYBR Green and probe master mixes, 8-strip tubes with caps, clear semi-skirted 96-well plates, sealing film, and instrument qualification or performance-verification plates or kits. The supplier must provide on-site training for five Mauritius Oceanographic Institute staff members, covering instrument operation, experiment setup, assay programming, software operation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
