Description
Shared Health Manitoba is seeking non-binding quotations, on behalf of CancerCare Manitoba, for one industrial-grade 3D printing solution. The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, setup, calibration, commissioning, acceptance testing, initial operator and administrator training, documentation, standard warranty coverage, technical support, replacement parts, preventive maintenance planning, and a trade-in value for an existing AonM2 3D printer. The printer must have a minimum 650 × 450 × 450 build volume, dual independent composite-ready extruders, high-temperature chamber, bed, and nozzle capabilities, automatic leveling, a vacuum-chuck build platform, compatibility with ABS, PLA, TPU, PETG, and multiple materials, specified material storage, Wi-Fi/Ethernet/USB connectivity, CSA approval, and dimensions compatible with an 870 × 2,145 mm doorway. The solution must support standalone operation without mandatory cloud, internet, or internal-network dependencies. Responses are evaluated on mandatory technical compliance, supplier experience and references, technical performance, data security, service support and warranty, implementation and training, Indigenous business participation, forced- and child-labour compliance, and pricing.
