Santé Québec – CHU de Québec–Université Laval intends to enter into a 36-month direct-award contract with Revvity Health Sciences Canada Inc. for genomic hybridization microarray supplies used by the CHUL molecular diagnostics laboratory. The requested products include CGX-HD 4plex microarrays, hybridization kits, DNA labeling kits, wash solutions, human Cot-1 DNA, and microarray sealing gaskets. The microarrays must use validated human oligonucleotide designs, support non-SNP CGH in a 4x180K format, and be compatible without hardware or software modification with the existing Agilent SureScan scanner and Genoglyphix analysis platform. Requirements also include secure web-based analysis access, automated reporting and interoperability with ClinVar, DGV, DECIPHER, and OMIM, minimum six-month shelf life at delivery, delivery within six weeks, frozen shipment with dry ice, responsive technical support, ongoing training, and a Canadian safety stock. This is an Advance Contract Award Notice; a qualified and compliant expression of interest could cause the buyer to cancel the intended direct award and issue a public solicitation instead.
