Construct a new emergency egress route from Building 8 at Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project requires prevailing wages and has a 59-calendar-day contract period; liquidated damages are $535 per calendar day. The estimated project value is $535,000.
