Description
Zion Public School District 28 is soliciting bids for one 1 Gbps Category One dedicated Internet access circuit with guaranteed bandwidth and synchronous speeds. The requested service includes installation and initial configuration, and bidders may use any technology that meets the requirements. The terminating address is Route 1, Stilwell, Oklahoma 74960; the district's E911 address is 470658 E 850 Road. Proposals must identify the proposed bandwidth, recurring price, all installation charges, applicable fees, surcharges, taxes, and any ineligible bundled services requiring cost allocation. Bidders must be eligible to provide Oklahoma Universal Service Fund support, participate in the E-rate program for Funding Year 2027, provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number, offer the lowest corresponding price, and permit the applicant to choose SPI or BEAR discount methods. The vendor must also offer up to 12 months of month-to-month service after the initial or voluntary renewal term if the district transitions providers, with that monthly price included in the proposal.
