Description
Hamilton Township is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or individuals to provide professional electrical instrumentation services for its Water Pollution Control Department. A published question-and-answer document clarifies that the scope is for the Water Pollution Control Department and corrects an attached scope document that incorrectly referred to wastewater treatment plant and collection system engineering services. The one-year contract runs from January 1 through December 31, 2027. Proposals must demonstrate the firm's professional, financial, and administrative capabilities and include the required proposal forms, qualifications and experience information, references, disclosures, certifications, insurance acknowledgment, and other solicitation documents. The contract will be awarded through a fair and open process, with award anticipated at the first or second Council meeting in January 2027.
