MassCor is seeking to establish a list of qualified vendors to provide assorted components for flag making, such as flag material, polyester, cotton, heavy duty nylon, flag fields, flag blanks, miscellaneous materials, flag supplies, and accessories. Vendors may bid on all components or on one or more of the components, including flag blanks, flag materials (heavy duty nylon, 2 ply polyester, cotton bunting), miscellaneous materials (duck halyard, white mesh, industrial grade rawhide netting). MassCor reserves the right to add or delete materials as it deems necessary. There will also be a miscellaneous market basket component for other flag related supplies and accessories. A contract for these items will be awarded and remain in effect for one year, with options to renew in one-year increments at MassCor's discretion. This is a Rolling Enrollment Contract, allowing bidders to respond at any point during the life of the solicitation; however, all contracts will expire simultaneously.
