Description
Southwest Technology Center is requesting proposals for Category One dedicated, symmetric Internet access and data transmission services with bandwidth options from 1 Gbps to 2 Gbps. Proposals may include leased router equipment, installation and initial configuration, and optional basic maintenance services if recommended by the service provider. The proposed service must include all direct and indirect costs, taxes, surcharges, installation, activation, configuration, and other applicable charges, with recurring and nonrecurring costs separately identified. Bidders must provide a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), a complete proposal or contract with pricing and terms, service-level and performance details, bandwidth and upgrade options, warranty or maintenance information, and any applicable state-contract or consortium pricing. The solicitation permits multiple proposals or options and requires compliance with applicable E-Rate requirements, including Lowest Corresponding Price provisions. Requested services are contingent on E-Rate funding and/or school board approval.
