Description
Simon Fraser University is requesting proposals for vertical transportation maintenance services, identified in the opportunity materials as elevator maintenance services. The selected proponent will negotiate an agreement with the university for one legal entity to provide the required deliverables. The initial agreement term is 60 months, with an option for the university to extend the agreement for up to two additional 12-month terms. The agreement is anticipated to be executed on or around January 1, 2027.
