Description
The Town of Bridgewater is requesting a firm-price tender for a complete replacement of the fabric cover on an existing Coverall Atlas 18 salt shed measuring approximately 40 by 60 feet. The scope includes supplying and delivering the new cover and matching front and rear end-wall fabrics; providing new winches, fastening pipe, straps, and other required hardware; removing and disposing of the existing fabric; and installing and tensioning the replacement cover. The contractor must include all labor, equipment, freight, cranes or aerial lifts, and disposal costs, and must identify the expected project duration from award. The submission must include a proposed fabrication, delivery, and installation schedule; product specifications; warranty information demonstrating at least a 10-year manufacturer's warranty; a completed signature form; and the required bid-table pricing entered separately in the procurement portal. The tender also requests company qualifications, similar municipal work, three recent references, assigned personnel information, and any proposed subcontractors. The successful contractor will be responsible for specified insurance coverage, workers' compensation documentation, safety credentials, and project execution requirements. The estimated contract period is five months.
