Description
Hunterdon Central Regional High School District is soliciting electronic proposals for Category 1 Internet access and data transmission services. The district seeks two dedicated Internet circuits at 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, or 3 Gbps, along with WAN connectivity linking its hub and satellite data-center locations. Proposed solutions may include an optional managed router, aggregation circuits, alternative network topologies, bandwidth increases during the contract term, and associated one-time construction, installation, and configuration charges. Proposals must include itemized monthly recurring charges inclusive of taxes and fees, all one-time charges, a projected service start date, standard contract terms and conditions, and the required completed attachments. Vendors must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number, provide a signed and dated specification document, and demonstrate prior experience serving New Jersey public school districts. The requested service term is three years with two possible one-year extensions, although other terms, including month-to-month service, may be considered.
