Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is issuing an Advance Procurement Notice (APN) to inform design-builders of an upcoming contract opportunity at CFB Petawawa, Ontario. The project involves the design and construction of five new maintenance buildings, each approximately 1,700 square meters, comprising 50% warehouse, 40% office, and 10% workshop space. The project will be delivered through a Modified Design-Build (MDB) model and has an estimated budget of $95 million. The anticipated posting date is October 2026. Security clearance (Designated Organization Screening) will be required for contract award, and DCC is offering sponsorship for the clearance process.
