Description
The West Morris Regional High School District is soliciting sealed bids for a lease of real property for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a wireless communications facility. The facility will be located at 65 1/2 East Main Street, Mendham, New Jersey, and will include approximately 120 square feet of ground space, antenna space on the roof, and cabling space. The successful bidder will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment for the installation of the monopole, antenna array, cable connections, and equipment facilities. The lease term is five years with four renewable extensions of five years each. The minimum bid for the lease is $11,500 per year, payable annually, plus the cost of electric service as additional rent. Bidders must be FCC licensed providers of wireless telecommunications services and must provide a bid bond, non-collusion affidavit, ownership disclosure, business registration certificate, and FCC license with their bid.
