Description
Drew School is soliciting Category One proposals for one fiber internet circuit at a preferred speed of 1 Gbps, with acceptable alternatives ranging from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps. Contracts must allow mid-contract bandwidth upgrades, and vendors should offer month-to-month, one-year, and multi-year options, including voluntary extensions where available. Proposals must identify recurring monthly costs, installation or activation fees, taxes, equipment rentals, other charges, separately stated static IP costs, and service-level terms covering uptime, repair response, and network performance. Vendors must provide actual pricing, distinguish E-Rate-eligible and ineligible items, identify their SPIN and relevant service-provider credentials, and state whether they offer SPI invoicing. Bids must be submitted as PDF files by email and comply with applicable E-Rate, FCC, USAC, and procurement requirements.
