DuPage County Information Technology is seeking an Adobe Authorized Platinum Reseller or Adobe direct account team to furnish and deliver a three-year Enterprise Term License Agreement. The requested portfolio includes Adobe Acrobat Pro, Creative Cloud All Apps, Creative Cloud Single App, and Adobe Sign (Enterprise), with centralized enterprise licensing and management. The awarded bidder must completely omit or enable administrators to disable generative AI features throughout the software portfolio, including Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill, and Acrobat AI Assistant. The bidder must provide technical verification that the product SKUs support universal AI controls in the Adobe Admin Console and configure cloud storage and asset sharing to prevent automated ingestion or algorithmic training of corporate intellectual property.
