Description
Salem-Keizer Public Schools is conducting an information-gathering exercise to evaluate enterprise resource planning solutions for administrative, financial, human resources, payroll, procurement, budgeting, timekeeping, reporting, business intelligence, integrations, data migration, security, training, and related functions. The district is particularly interested in solutions supporting K–12 public-sector and governmental fund accounting, Oregon-specific reporting and payroll requirements, employee and manager self-service, mobile and web access, data conversion, implementation, customer support, and emerging technologies. Respondents are asked to describe their functional capabilities, implementation methodology, integration and migration approach, security standards, training and change-management services, support model, product roadmap, pricing and five-year total cost of ownership, and experience with comparable K–12 districts. At least three references for similar public school districts are requested, including at least one Oregon school district customer if applicable. This is an RFI for planning purposes only; it is not a request for a binding proposal and will not result directly in a contract award.
