Description
The Southern California Regional Rail Authority is seeking a commercially available, off-the-shelf software solution to automate testing across safety-critical train-control and simulation systems, enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS, EAM, and Salesforce, cloud and SaaS platforms, web applications, and integrated systems. Required capabilities include automated laboratory-based, functional, regression, workflow, OCR, image-recognition, simulator-based, API, data-driven, backend, batch-process, and end-to-end integration testing, along with test-management, defect-tracking, version-control, reporting, auditability, and traceability integrations. The selected contractor must provide an initial five-concurrent-user licensing model serving the Authority's Pomona and Los Angeles offices, with scalability, secure connectivity, installation and deployment support, at least 15 days of training and deployment assistance, one instructor-led training session, support with a 24-hour response, ongoing maintenance and upgrades, and scripts for at least one real-world software release. Optional capabilities include mobile testing, load and stress testing, performance testing, security testing, scheduled execution, scripting, and advanced analytics. The procurement is a firm-fixed-price, best-value RFP with a two-year base period and three one-year renewal options.
