Description
The Department of Public Health, Ministry of Health and Wellness, is seeking five new, unused vital signs monitors for reserve deployment when existing equipment becomes inoperable. Each monitor must measure non-invasive blood pressure, oxygen saturation through pulse oximetry, and temperature; support adult and pediatric patients; provide a clear display; operate on rechargeable battery and AC power; and have surfaces suitable for routine cleaning and disinfection. The equipment must include pediatric, standard adult, and large adult blood pressure cuffs with compatible tubing and connectors; adult and pediatric pulse oximetry sensors; temperature probes and accessories for adult and pediatric use; initial probe covers where required; power cords; and charging accessories. Proposals must identify the manufacturer and model, provide specifications and brochures, confirm compliance and deviations, describe pulse oximetry technology and sensor options, list accessories and consumables, state unit and total pricing with currency, delivery charges, and taxes, and provide delivery timing, warranty, servicing, replacement-parts, technical-support, payment-term, and proposal-validity information. Equipment must be delivered ready for clinical use with operating instructions and warranty documentation.
