Description
St. Johns County is seeking a quote to provide and deliver one Wanco Mini three-line message board, or an equivalent that meets or exceeds the specifications and is compatible with the County’s existing system. The requested unit includes a hydraulic lift, a 55-by-96-inch display with three lines of eight 14-inch LED characters, a concrete security block, battery box, solar panel, batteries, charger, rotating telescoping tower, touchscreen controller, orange finish, ball hitch, removable drawbar, and fenders. Suppliers proposing an equivalent must provide detailed specifications for review. The product must include a one-year standard warranty, and the lump-sum quote must include delivery-related fees and charges. The quote form requires supplier and pricing information, proof of active Florida business registration, and a current local business tax receipt or written exemption. A local business preference may apply to qualifying suppliers that meet the stated criteria and agree to match the lowest quote. The quote must remain firm for 90 days after the submission deadline. The solicitation also includes a conflict-of-interest disclosure, labor-coercion affidavit, and E-Verify affidavit. These are included in the attached quote form; the E-Verify affidavit describes obligations if awarded.
