Description
Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Pacific Region, intends to establish a Supply Arrangement (SA) for a variety of salmon assessment services to be carried out within the South Coast Area of British Columbia, Canada. The services are broken down into four categories: Category 1: South Coast Salmon Population Monitoring and Biological Support; Category 2: South Coast Salmon Fishery Monitoring and Biological Support; Category 3: South Coast Salmon Habitat Monitoring and Biological Support; and Category 4: South Coast Salmon Population, Fishery and Habitat Analysis. Each category is divided into three zones: Zone 1 (Cape Lazo to Jordon River South including Sunshine Coast), Zone 2 (Tatchu Point to Cape Lazo including mainland inlets), and Zone 3 (Tatchu Point to Jordon River North). The SA covers two procurement streams: the PSIB Stream for Indigenous businesses and the General Stream for all suppliers. The arrangement period is from issuance to December 31, 2028, with ongoing qualification opportunities.
