Description
The contractor will restore and operate commercial Wi-Fi service throughout the previously served areas of Building 977 and extend coverage to the first-floor C and D wings. The work includes a dedicated 500 Mbps symmetrical internet circuit, cabling and access-point installation, circuit testing, troubleshooting, and a post-installation coverage heat map. The network must remain separate from the Air Force NIPRNet and include a DoD captive portal, security monitoring, and a real-time monitoring dashboard. The contractor must provide ongoing service, maintenance, and user support, including 24/7/365 service availability with a 95% minimum monthly uptime, monitoring, and repair dispatch within one business day. Required deliverables include as-built telecommunications drawings, a validated coverage heat map, and configuration and security verification materials. The contract has a 12-month base period and four one-year options. Quotes must include separate technical and price volumes; award will use a lowest-price-technically-acceptable process.
