Description
The City of Mission is pre-qualifying bidders for potential future bonus-bid-scale timber sales within TFL26. Qualified parties may later be invited to bid on specific timber sales; inclusion on the Registered Bidders List does not guarantee future work or bidding opportunities. The list is valid through December 31, 2026. The anticipated work may include supervising, mechanically or manually falling timber, bucking, clearing, processing, loading, marking, and hauling timber; constructing or reconstructing roads; installing and maintaining culverts, bridges, and road surfaces; and performing related forestry improvements in accordance with applicable forest-management, workplace-safety, and other government regulations. Respondents must complete the City-provided Schedule A qualifications questionnaire through the procurement portal. The solicitation also requires acknowledgment of the stated terms and submission certifications, while the listed licenses, safety documentation, insurance, and other compliance documents are required before contract entry rather than with the pre-qualification submission.
