Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) has issued an Advance Procurement Notice (APN) for upcoming contract opportunities at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador. The contracts will cover real property operations and Canadian Forces Housing Agency base program, including maintenance, construction, and professional services. Projects may involve airfield, hangars, logistics facilities, training spaces, administrative buildings, and 72 residential housing units. Some contracts may include security requirements and may be reserved for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Solicitations will be conducted through various mechanisms including open competitive tenders on MERX and CanadaBuys, Open Construction Source List (OCSL), source lists, and standing offer agreements. Interested contractors are encouraged to initiate security clearance sponsorship through DCC's Industrial Security Program.
