Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a contractor to upgrade and rehabilitate Traffic Management Office facilities in Dekwaneh, Ouzaii, and Saida. The scope includes architectural and civil works such as steel stairs, concrete screeding, doors, aluminum and tempered-glass partitions, gypsum-board partitions, interior and exterior painting, archive shelving, office furniture, and fire extinguishers. The work also includes mechanical, electrical, and HVAC upgrades, including split-type air-conditioning units, refrigerant piping, ceiling fans, and interior LED lighting. Bidders must provide qualified full-time site personnel, construction and execution schedules, an environmental management plan, technical material data, equipment and machinery information, financial and experience documentation, and a priced bill of quantities. The works are expected to be completed within three months after site handover or contract signature as specified in the solicitation, with a two-month works period followed by remeasurement and snag-list periods.
