Description
Crab Orchard Public Library is seeking Managed Internal Broadband Services for maintenance of its existing eligible equipment. The requested equipment includes one Cisco 891F firewall, one Ubiquiti UAP-AC-PRO-US internal access point, one Allied AT-GS900/24-10 24-port switch, and one Eaton 5SC 750VA uninterruptible power supply. Bids must reference FCC Form 470 number 270001473, include the bidder's SPIN, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and comply with applicable state and local procurement requirements. Equivalent or comparable brands may be considered. The library may consider multi-year contracts with voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or varying contract terms; any extensions must specify their number and duration. Long-term contract language must protect the applicant if E-Rate funding is discontinued, and the applicant wants the ability to add or remove services as business needs change.
