Description
Navarro County is soliciting bids for a twelve-month contract to supply unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel for county vehicles. Unleaded gasoline must meet ASTM D439 and have a minimum 87 octane rating; diesel must have a minimum cetane number of 42 and maximum sulfur content of 0.3 percent. Fuel must be metered at delivery and delivered to specified county locations within one working day of an order. Pricing must include the supplier's rack or tankwagon price, applicable Texas gasoline tax, freight, and profit margin, while excluding federal excise tax. The bid must use the September 23, 2026 rack or tankwagon price and include the corresponding rack price sheet. The contract permits limited price escalation and unlimited de-escalation based on posted supplier prices. Vendors must provide delivery documentation, invoices, spill cleanup, warranties, and required bidder information and references.
