Description
Empower Schools of Alabama seeks a dedicated, symmetrical internet connection for its Lower Campus. Proposals must price 1, 2, 3, and 5 Gbps options and describe whether service is dedicated or shared, the transport technology, last-mile arrangements, demarcation, equipment, and any construction or implementation dependencies. Pricing must separately identify eligible and ineligible costs, recurring and nonrecurring charges, installation and construction, equipment, taxes, and surcharges. Bidders are also asked to price 10 consecutive static IPv4 addresses and identify IPv6 support. The anticipated initial contract term is three years, beginning July 1, 2027, with up to two one-year extensions. Proposals must include complete pricing using the provided cost table, service-provider terms and conditions, the bidder's SPIN, references, and an implementation timeline. The RFP also requests a complete service description and responses addressing service levels, support, and technical requirements. The proposal must be uploaded as one complete PDF, with the specified filename format.
