Description
Benton Public Library is seeking bids for managed internal broadband services covering maintenance of its existing eligible equipment. The attached equipment list identifies one Fortigate FG-40F firewall, two Ubiquiti UAP-AC-PRO-US internal access points, one Ubiquiti UAP-AC-M-PRO-US external access point, two Ubiquiti USW-24-PoE 24-port switches, and one Eaton 5SC 750VA UPS. Equivalent or comparable brands will be considered. Bids must reference FCC Form 470 number 270001452, include the vendor's SPIN, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and comply with applicable local and state procurement requirements. The library may consider multi-year contracts, voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, and varying contract terms; any proposed extensions must specify their number and duration. Long-term contract language must address discontinuation of E-Rate funding, and the library wants the ability to add or remove services as business needs change.
