Description
Madison County NC Consortium is soliciting proposals for fully managed Dedicated Internet Access with transport service to 5707 US-25, Marshall, North Carolina. The required service must provide dedicated, committed bandwidth with no usage caps or throttling, terminate at the facility’s MDF, and include site delivery, construction, permitting, pathway, and right-of-way costs. Offerors should provide bandwidth options from 2 Gbps through 10 Gbps, 13 consecutive static IP addresses, and router lease options and pricing if required. Proposals must identify monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, including sufficient special-construction details for E-Rate review. The requested contract structure is an initial 36-month term with two optional 12-month renewal terms, beginning July 1, 2027. Required submissions include the applicant name, Form 470 number, SPIN, service-provider terms and conditions, and completed Iran Divestment Act Certification, E-Verify Compliance Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Attachment D Pricing Schedule in a separate Excel file. Prior experience, local presence, technical capability, cost, and proposal responsiveness will be evaluated.
