Description
Alberta Innovates seeks a contractor to renovate its conference and lunchroom areas into flexible spaces that can function separately or together. The work includes relocating and rebuilding the kitchen area; installing cabinets, countertops, sinks, appliances, televisions, cameras, speakers, microphones, electrical and data infrastructure; and completing flooring, drywall, painting, and related construction work. Addendum 3 removes the folding partition wall from this scope and states that HVAC equipment installation and building automation programming are owner-coordinated; the contractor is to coordinate power and drywall patching for HVAC. Furniture, ceiling replacement, and lighting replacement are excluded. The facility will remain operational during construction, and the contractor must provide a detailed stipulated-price proposal and project schedule. The project is to start January 1, 2027, and be completed by March 31, 2027.
