Clopton High School is soliciting bids for the construction of a field house building that includes a concession stand, bathrooms, storage, mechanical space, and an indoor practice area. The building will feature a 4:12 pitch metal roof, post-frame construction, continuous concrete floor, and exterior siding with wainscoting. The indoor practice area requires 16-foot walls and scissor trusses with high-visibility LED lighting, while the concession and bathroom areas will have 10-foot framed height with drop ceilings, HVAC, and LED drop-in fixtures. Plumbing includes a holding tank for sewer, and electrical requires a 320-amp service.
