Description
The Government of the Virgin Islands Department of Education is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of estimated quantities of shelf-stable milk. Required products include 8-ounce individual units of low-fat white milk and fat-free strawberry, chocolate, and banana flavored milk, plus 32-ounce 1% low-fat white UHT milk and 8-ounce 2% reduced-fat strawberry milk in boxes or plastic containers. The listed estimated quantity is 90,000 units for each of six line items. The contract period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a possible one-year renewal subject to available funding. Deliveries will be made as ordered by the Department, generally within 20 calendar days after receipt of an official purchase order, and the contractor is responsible for transportation, unloading, inspection, and acceptance. Bidders must identify proposed brands and provide required business, experience, licensing, corporate, registration, affidavit, and other eligibility documentation.
