Round Rock Independent School District is seeking to establish an agreement with multiple businesses for plumbing supplies required to support the maintenance of the District. Products are to be available for in-store purchase or delivery. This solicitation replaces contract 21-032, which expires on October 31, 2025. All awarded vendors must submit a new response for this solicitation for award consideration. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Discount contract, with discounts remaining firm for the life of the contract. For orders totaling $500.00 or more, the District reserves the right to request quotes from one or more Suppliers to establish the best price. Deliveries shall be made during normal working hours (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time) unless prior approval for after-hours delivery has been obtained. Hot shot delivery may be requested within 1 hour for critical needs. All parts shall be new and unused, of current production, and in first class condition, including containers suitable for shipment and storage, unless otherwise specified. The warranty for all items provided shall be the manufacturer's minimum standard warranty, and the Contractor shall be an authorized distributor or manufacturer of the product(s) offered.
