Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine is procuring sports equipment and sporting goods under three lots: strength equipment, cardio equipment, and fitness and sports accessories. Lot 1 includes commercial strength machines, benches, dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, racks, and cable-machine attachments. Lot 2 includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright and recumbent exercise bikes, rowing machines, ski trainers, and treadmill support handrails. Lot 3 includes plyometric and yoga equipment, exercise balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, body bars, functional-training loops, and football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and table-tennis equipment. The supplier must provide 100% of the items and quantities for each selected lot, with goods originating from eligible countries. Scope includes DAP delivery to multiple locations, transportation, unloading, carrying, assembly, installation, and commissioning of electrical equipment where applicable. Bids must include technical documentation, completed technical and price forms, item-level origin evidence, warranty and after-sales support information in Ukraine, at least two similar completed orders from the last three years, and at least two positive client recommendation letters. Equipment must generally carry a minimum 12-month warranty, except that Lot 3 items are subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty.
