Description
Nottoway Library System is soliciting proposals for Internet access bundled with transport service at Burkeville Public Library and Crewe Public Library. Each location requires service within a 50 Mbps minimum to 200 Mbps maximum download bandwidth range; symmetrical service is not required. Proposals must include upload speeds, pricing for at least one static IP address, and router/modem lease options. Pricing must separately identify monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and any special construction charges, including applicable installation, permitting, pathway, right-of-way, and delivery costs. Services must terminate at the building demarcation point, generally the MDF, and providers must accept responsibility for required site delivery and construction. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027. Month-to-month and contracted offers will be considered; contracted offers should include 36-month or 60-month pricing and voluntary two additional 12-month extensions. Proposals must comply with applicable E-Rate requirements and covered-company restrictions.
