Description
The Department of Indigenous Services Canada is seeking up to two contractors to provide resources for a Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform initiative. Stream 1 requires three Level 3 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Analysts and three Level 3 Programmer/Analysts. Stream 3 requires two Level 3 Technology Architects. Only suppliers qualified under TBIPS Supply Arrangement EN578-170432 may submit a bid. The procurement uses competitive traditional selection based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price. The estimated contract period is 18 months, with a proposed start date of October 1, 2026.
