Description
Oklahoma Union Independent School District seeks proposals for a district-wide network infrastructure upgrade and related maintenance. The hardware project includes six managed PoE+ switches with five-year licensing, stacking components, 10Gb fiber transceivers, a wall-mounted rack, and eight UPS units in two capacity configurations. The switches must be compatible with the existing Extreme Networks environment; equivalent or better equipment is permitted where specified, but refurbished equipment is not accepted. The updated scope calls for installation and configuration of the switches and installation of the racks and UPS units, including switch stacking, VLAN migration, 10Gb uplink configuration, fiber connections, testing, labeling, and documentation. The district also requests manufacturer support for a firewall and existing and new network equipment, plus blocks of 40 maintenance hours for existing and new equipment. Bidders must cover the entire hardware project and any maintenance project they choose to bid, include compatibility documentation, and provide complete pricing with applicable fees, surcharges, and taxes. The C2 Cover Page is mandatory. The solicitation requires a valid, non-red-light E-rate SPIN and participation in the applicable funding year’s E-rate program; contracts are contingent on E-rate funding and final board approval.
