Description
Bartlesville School District is seeking proposals for 10 Gbps point-to-point leased lit fiber WAN service connecting its education service center to ten school sites. Proposals must cover all connections and include the complete costs for recurring service, non-recurring construction or connection charges, leased on-premises equipment, installation and configuration, shipping, taxes, fees, and surcharges. Vendors may propose equivalent technologies or fully managed solutions that meet the required connectivity, bandwidth, performance, reliability, and scalability requirements. The service must be available by July 1, 2027, with pricing and options for bandwidth growth from 10 Gbps to 25 Gbps. Proposals must include a network diagram, proposed service-level agreement, project timeline, detailed pricing, eligible-cost allocation, and any required special-construction information. The solicitation requires a combined PDF containing the completed pricing authorization, proposal, and Attachments A, B, and C, uploaded through the Bonfire portal.
