Description
Bartlesville School District is seeking proposals for ten point-to-point, 10 Gbps leased lit-fiber WAN connections from its education service center to ten school sites and an annex. Proposals may include Category One network equipment or fully managed leased lit-fiber service, with leased on-premises routers or switches as needed to support the proposed bandwidth. The district will evaluate incremental pricing from 10 Gbps through 25 Gbps and requires all connections, installation and configuration, LAN integration, recurring and non-recurring charges, taxes, fees, and surcharges to be identified. The service must be available by July 1, 2027, and proposals must address service levels, network availability, a network diagram, bandwidth scalability, site changes, and transition or interim service where applicable. Offerors must submit pricing and proposal materials through the designated online procurement portal, including the completed pricing authorization, experience and references form, and OUSF provider validation form combined with the proposal into one PDF. The procurement is subject to E-Rate funding, governing-board approval, FCC/USAC compliance, and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund eligibility requirements.
