Description
The Town of Smithers invites qualified contractors to submit tenders for renovating the building at 3761 Third Avenue for the new Smithers Public Library. The solicitation package includes architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and specification documents. Addendum 1 and Addendum 2 provide clarifications and changes to the contract documents; tenderers must acknowledge receipt of Addendum 1 on the Tender Form. The estimated contract duration is 12 months. Award will be made to the lowest-priced quotation that satisfies the mandatory criteria, terms and conditions, and project specifications.
