Description
SFRTA is soliciting a qualified contractor to assess its existing Dispatch and Positive Train Control (PTC) networks and recommend a consolidated, secure, and resilient enterprise network design. The work spans six data centers, 49 wayside locations, and a testing and staging laboratory, and includes network redesign, documentation, configuration, testing, migration and cutover planning, replacement of end-of-life AT&T copper services with fiber, and installation of new network equipment. The submission must include a technical proposal, proposal and pricing forms, qualification and compliance certifications, subcontractor information, federal funding forms, SAM documentation, financial information, and references. The technical proposal is limited to 20 single-sided pages, and the proposal and pricing forms must be submitted as PDF files through the electronic procurement platform.
