The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking eligible Small Businesses interested and capable of performing on Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build (DB/DBB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (RMACCs). These contracts will cover general construction services across the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Projects will include a wide range of real property facilities such as administrative buildings, training facilities, medical complexes, industrial facilities, warehouses, waterfront structures, and more. Incidental work may involve specialty trades for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil/architectural systems, including renovations and the removal of hazardous materials. The solicitation has undergone numerous amendments, with the latest specifying an 8(a) set-aside for Region 7.5 and a proposal due date of March 2, 2026, for that region, while other regions have varying due dates throughout December 2025 and January 2026. Florida has been consolidated into Region 7.
