The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (SQI) is issuing a public call for tenders for planned maintenance services for mechanical and electrical equipment at six buildings located in Mont-Joli, Matane, and Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Quebec. The contract is for a period of 36 months, with services expected to begin on November 1, 2026. Bidders must hold the required licenses under the Building Act and have a permanent establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. No bid bond is required. Submissions may be made electronically via the SEAO system or on paper, and must be received by the closing date and time. The public opening of bids will be broadcast live on the Internet.
