Description
Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is seeking qualified contractors to expand its Alberta Job Order Contracting program. The program may support general construction, mechanical and plumbing, electrical, site and civil work, asphalt paving and concrete, roofing and weatherproofing, and other specialized services, including building renovation, repair, modernization, maintenance, remediation, landscaping, fencing, security, and fire-system work. Contractors may propose one or more designated Alberta regions and contractor categories. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, multi-award contracting program with no guaranteed work volume or overall project-value cap. Members may issue project-specific requests for proposals and purchase orders using Gordian's Construction Task Catalog and contractor-proposed adjustment factors. The agreement term runs through October 31, 2030. New contractors must submit corporate and experience information, a certified CCDC 11 document, insurance and bonding-capacity letters, a current WCB Alberta clearance certificate, and adjustment-factor pricing through the procurement portal. Contractors in categories other than General Construction must be able to self-perform at least 51% of the contracted work.
